Richmond’s Rewards LLC, doing business as Bubbles & Bows Grooming Salon offers optional service text messages to salon customers. This program is hosted through GroomFlow on the salon’s behalf.
Messages you choose
By checking the optional SMS checkbox on the enrollment form and saving your preference, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, pet pickup notices, and replies to service requests from Bubbles & Bows. This program does not enroll you in promotional marketing or other businesses’ messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox starts unchecked and is optional. Providing your number or submitting another contact or appointment form alone does not enroll you in this program. Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop, restart, and get help
Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. Reply START or UNSTOP to that number to reverse an earlier text-message block. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the salon at 817-592-3392 or info@bubblesandbows.life. Network-generated confirmation wording may differ from salon messages.
Availability and privacy
Message delivery depends on carrier networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency service; call the salon for urgent appointment or pet-care questions. Tell us if your number changes. Saving an enrollment preference does not guarantee immediate service availability or confirm an appointment.
Your information and consent are handled under the SMS Privacy Policy. Consent belongs only to this salon’s program and cannot be sold or transferred to another sender.
