This policy covers optional service text messages from Richmond’s Rewards LLC, doing business as Bubbles & Bows Grooming Salon in Mansfield, Texas. GroomFlow, owned and operated by OCDATA, LLC, hosts this enrollment and provides messaging tools on behalf of the salon.
Information and use
We collect the name, mobile number, SMS preference, disclosure version, and submission time provided through this enrollment. We use these records to manage your choices and provide the appointment reminders, scheduling updates, pet pickup notices, and service replies you request. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.
SMS consent stays with this salon
We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with any third parties. Your consent is a direct agreement with Bubbles & Bows and does not authorize messages from other salons or GroomFlow’s own platform program.
GroomFlow processes enrollment records on the salon’s behalf. Communications providers process the telephone number and message content needed to deliver the salon’s messages. They do not receive permission to market to you or use your consent for another sender. Any general information-sharing language excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Your choices and records
SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We retain preference records as needed to administer the program, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact the salon to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained to honor your choices or meet obligations.
