Environment, Safety & Fees

Cage Free

We are a CAGE FREE ENVIRONMENT! Temperament “tests” are done on arrival and common sense is used, throughout the duration of your pet’s visit. There is a $10 free roaming fee per pet for each visit. NOT optional.
If your pet does not play well with others or has a heath concern, your pet will stay in a pack-N-play when not in the tub or on the table.

Additional Fees

ADDITIONAL FEES: $5 to $20 will be added if your pet is difficult to handle, requires 2 people, a happy mask, or is very matted. It takes additional time & risk in these areas, may agitate your dog’s skin, & is damaging to the stylist’s equipment. This matter is generally discussed at the time of check-in. If your baby requires a pre-shave before the bath, there is an automatic pre-shave fee which varies according to size and coat.

Matted Dog

Matted Dogs: If we feel that de-matting your pet will cause harm, pain, or prolonged discomfort, we will NOT continue the de-matting process. We will call for your permission to continue with safest Solution to this situation which is to shave as short as needed. If matting can be removed, we will charge $1 per minute.

Medical & Liability

WE ARE NOT VETS: It is not our responsibility to discover health issues that need to be addressed by a vet. However, if we see something that may be of concern, we will notify you. We will brush your baby’s teeth, but we are not capable of fully removing tartar.

INJURIES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: If your dog bites an employee and requires medical attention, you will be financially responsible. We work with very sharp equipment. If we nick or cut your baby, we will treat your baby immediately and notify you at pick up. If you notice anything after hours, please call us on our emergency phone number. We will take necessary measures. Under no circumstance will we pay for ER visits.

SENIOR’S & MEDICAL ISSUE CLIENTS: will be done upon an assessment & discretion agreement between stylist & pet owner. Our care & concern will always be in the best interest of your forever friends. We are happy to help our senior babies that have medical issues; however, we cannot be responsible if your baby has existing conditions.

Grooming Policies

NOT SATISFIED? Grooming styles vary according to breeds & stylists. Should you decide that you do not like your pet’s haircut, please contact Us within 24 hours. We will gladly come to an agreement with you to remedy the situation. After 24 hours, complaints are null & void.

Please PICK UP within 30-45 minutes after being notified that your baby is ready. If you exceed the pick-up time frame, Additional fees will be added. $10/ 30 min. $20/ hour. Same fees are applied for early and late drop off’s

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: Upon your appointment reservation, it is required that we have a credit card on file. If you do not show up or if you cancel the DAY OF the appointment your card will be charged 50% of the grooming service cost (per pet!) 24-48 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations.

Grooming Time: We work at each baby’s level of comfort, This appointment can take anywhere between 3 to 5 hours.

Final Agreement
